PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: -Unopened/Unused products can be returned for 50% of the purchase price. Must be returned within 14 days of purchase. -Any opened and used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointment canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. “No-show” appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, I have the right to charge a “no-show” fee. NON-NEGOTIABLE
